During his tenure at the 17th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office, Anthony earned the "Hat Trick Award" from the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for winning five consecutive jury trials—a rare achievement that demonstrates his command of the courtroom.
Combining his aviation background as a pilot with his technical expertise as a programmer, Anthony brings a data-driven, strategic approach to criminal defense that sets him apart.

Marina Anise is the structural force behind Anise Criminal Defense. As Managing Partner, she leads the firm's Seal and Expungement Division, focusing on what comes after a criminal accusation so a past mistake does not dictate a client's future.
While earning her law degree at Nova Southeastern University, she served on the executive board of the International Law Students Association and advocated for at-risk children in West Palm Beach. That work shaped a practice built on empathy as well as legal skill.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Marina has built the Seal and Expungement Division into a practice that helps people clear their records so they can pursue jobs, housing, and education without the shadow of a criminal case.

Katerine Lopez is a trial attorney with more than a decade of experience defending people facing criminal charges in South Florida. Before private practice, she spent twelve years with the Broward County Public Defender's Office, rising to Chief Assistant Public Defender and representing more than 2,500 clients.
She has served as lead counsel in thousands of cases and completed dozens of jury trials. The Broward Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys recognized her with three "Hat Trick Awards" — in 2015, 2018, and 2026 — for three consecutive not-guilty jury verdicts in a single year.
Katerine also established the Broward Public Defender's Forensic Unit and teaches Trial Advocacy as an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University College of Law.
